How To Use Manic Panic Shocking Blue Hair Dye

Apply your dye using a tint brush and always make sure to wear protective gloves when using hair dye. Comb through your hair to make sure it is covered evenly. Next, leave your hair to process for about 30 minutes. Once your colour is processed, rinse your hair in cool water to reveal your Manic Panic Shocking Blue hair.
