How To Use Manic Panic Raven Hair Dye

Before you being dyeing your hair always make sure to read the instructions for your products and gather all the equipment you will need. Wearing protective gloves, apply your Manic Panic Raven Hair Dye using a tint brush then comb through your hair to ensure it is covered evenly. Leave your hair to process for about 30 minutes under a cap. At this stage, you can use a hairdryer to apply gentle heat if you would like a strong colour result. Finally, rinse your hair and enjoy your new Raven locks.

How Long Does Manic Panic Raven Last

Manic Panic Raven hair dye colour usually lasts between 4-6 weeks. The lighter colours and pastel shades will fade the fastest but darker shades, if properly cared for are likely to last for the full 6 weeks.

Should I bleach my hair before using black raven hair dye?

Manic Panic Raven hair dye works best on hair that has been lightened to a level 6 which is dark blonde. It should also produce great results on untreated ‘virgin’ hair. On lighter hair colours you may find that the blue undertones are more obvious.

Please Note: Hair dye results may vary depending on your hair type, base colour and hair porosity; the image of the hair dye is a representation of the finished colour and is not a guaranteed result. This dye is not suitable for use on hair with more than 10% grey coverage.

Manic Panic Raven Notes:The finished visual effect of this hair dye can often give a green tint or hue, this is due to the base colour of the dye itself. The effect can vary dependent on the shade of the natural hair colour and the porosity. Always perform a strand test before use.
